Advocate Ally exists to equip and empower neurodivergent individuals and families to navigate life, learning, and systems with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Our mission is twofold:
To help parents advocate effectively for their neurodivergent children in schools through IEP and 504 support.
To help neurodivergent adults overcome executive dysfunction, burnout, and self-doubt so they can make sustainable progress in everyday life.
We believe every person—child or adult—deserves to be understood, supported, and celebrated for the way their brain works. Advocacy begins with awareness, and empowerment begins with tools that make the journey easier, not heavier.
Hey friend — I’m Courtney Kinslow, your favorite neurospicy wife and mama on a mission to help families feel unapologetically equipped to advocate with confidence.
After being diagnosed with ADHD at 43 and advocating for my autistic son, I learned firsthand how overwhelming IEPs, 504s, and “the system” can be. Advocate Ally was created to change that.
I help parents understand and advocate for their children and support neurodivergent adults with tools to reduce overwhelm, organize their thoughts, and confidently use their voice in school, work, and life.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
Your voice matters—and you are capable of more than you’ve been told.
Faith-Fueled Advocacy

Neurodivergent-Led Perspective
